Channel Marketing Coordinator

PharmaCare US, home to the Sambucol Black Elderberry, Real Health, and Kids Smart brands, is looking to add a team member to the marketing department. Yes, this includes brand management. But it also includes new product development; Social Media; advertising; media; ecommerce – essentially anything that involves communication or messaging with our consumers.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential job functions:

  • Product Management: Identifies and implements full lifecycle management including new product introductions/launches, line extensions, discontinuations, etc.
  • Marketing Strategy. Contributes to and executes corporate marketing strategy to include brand evangelism and messaging diligence.

  • Electronic Presence. Activities include: Interface with primary website developers/managers, electronic footprint currency. Directed social media messaging and coordination of assets within owned and collaborative channels.
  • New Product Development. Activities Include: Market trend awareness, identification of potential new active ingredients, formulations, dose forms, etc.
  • Market Research: Primary and Secondary as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.

Key Experience:

Key Experience:

· 2+ years experience in marketing role working with branded consumer products

· Key experience with channel marketing through external supply chains

· 1-2 years experience in eCommerce (Amazon,Walmart.com) preferred

· Understanding of dietary supplement industry markets and applications and uses of the products to support

effective product line decisions is a plus

· Demonstrated technical and business (marketing, profitability) experience combination is a plus

· Excellent English communication both orally and written

· Familiarity with Shopify, TrackStreet, Bazaarvoice, Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, AMS), Asana,

Syndigo (Web Collage/Gladson/Edgenet), WordPress and various social media platforms preferred

· Digital marketing/E-commerce skillset preferred

  • Product Training. Coordinates and implements product training and sales support programs, including employees and distributors, customers and KOLs, including presentations at trade shows and conferences.
  • Marketing Strategy. Contributes to and executes corporate marketing strategy to include brand evangelism and messaging diligence.
  • Writing and Research. Activities include: content development and editing of collateral, training materials development and update, and ongoing maintenance of all related materials
  • Electronic Presence. Activities include: Interface with primary website developers/managers, electronic footprint currency. Directed social media messaging and coordination of assets within owned and collaborative channels.
  • New Product Development. Activities Include: Market trend awareness, identification of potential new active ingredients, formulations, dose forms, etc.
  • Market Research: Primary and Secondary as needed.

  • Develop and execute advertising, creating promotions, and generating marketing campaigns
  • Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
  • Design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays
  • Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to customer service department.
  • Scouting influencers for social media content creation
  • Monitoring Influencers posts on social media to comply with brand standards
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
